Patricia, a Business Architect with over 20 years of experience, drives innovation and growth through Servant and Thought Leadership.

Throughout her career, she has primarily served as an intrapreneur (an innovator who develops ventures within organizations, leveraging company resources to drive efficiency and growth), launching businesses, leading large-scale expansions, and optimizing operations across business functions and industries.

Her commitment to lifelong learning is reflected in her diverse educational background. She studied microbiology and pre-veterinary medicine at Mississippi State University, information technology at the University of Phoenix Online, and writing at Harvard Extension School. She remains abreast of industry standards, having been certified in OSHA, HIPAA, BLS, and First Aid and licensed in real estate and mortgage brokerage. 

Patricia's expertise spans executive leadership and consultancy roles, including Administrator and Director of Business Development at Spine and Orthopedic Specialists, CEO of A2C Communications, and Director of Operations at Dance Consultant Unlimited. She has also consulted for small to medium enterprises, successfully launching and scaling ventures.

As the founder of Brenshur, Inc. and an early adopter of neuroscience principles, Patricia applies an interdisciplinary approach to strategy and innovation. She develops initiatives that leverage how the brain changes and adapts (neuroplasticity) and how people make decisions (neurocognitive consumer science) to drive personal and corporate success. Her focus on operational improvements and technology integration empowers people and organizations to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.

On a personal note, Patricia enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and cooking. She is passionate about caring for infants and young children, introducing them to early communication through baby sign language. A creative at heart, she loves art, exploring new ideas, and uncovering connections across disciplines.
